We are forced to build on the fact that the framework of personnel training provides a wide circle (specialists) in the formation of a personnel training system corresponding to pressing needs. In particular, the conviction of some opponents unambiguously defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding the strengthening of moral values.
